Mr. Farmer, is that Harris Tweed? I like a wool jacket for concealment purposes-- the robust non-slinkiness covers well.

It is pure wool, not Harris tweed.
I have recently bought two more sport coats from Ebay.
They are great for cc cover.
My favorite winter carry attire is blue jeans/sport coat.

Sounds more like you're looking for relationship advice, not carry.

Switch back to the IWB for the sport coat and avoid worrying about inadvertently OCing.

I jury-rigged a solution to this that I like better. I wear suits or sport coats on a regular basis. I kluged together holster parts from Black Arch Holsters and some belt loops I had lying around, and now I have a tuckable holster that connects to a brown snap loop on my belt with a split ring attached to it, and a snap link key fob in nice leather hanging down from the split ring. Looks fine in business casual tucked in with the belt loop plainly visible, because the belt loop looks like its purpose is to hold the key fob. In a suit it's fine as well.

If I wore a suit more often or any other clothes where my belt was visible, I would certainly buy the Velcro kit from White Hat. Since I don't have the need I don't. It is still good to share the option and idea with others. There are so many options these days when it comes to carrying. It is downright amazing to see what folks come up with.
