I am well aware that lever guns tend to be some of the best options for a lefty. And I know that almost any "right handed" lever can be shot by a lefty, as well as if not better than a "lefty" lever. I was wondering if there is anyone, past or present, that has made or is making a lever action, in a rifle claiber, with a loading port on the left side. My research has turned up little to nothing. Your help, as always, is appreciated.

Not that I can think of.

The older Winchesters of all models did eject straight up, so it didn't matter.
But the loading ports after the Henry were all on the right side, or in the case of the 1895, you stuffed them in the top.

Well, some of the Henry's (generic as they are made by a few companies) load from the front, and eject pretty much straight up. So they are as lefty a levergun as you'll find

I suppose someone could easily make one, what with today's CNC machines. Heck, I'd even buy one, southpaw that I am. I could drive folks, at the range, nuts with brass coming out the "wrong" side. My Randall lefty 1911 confuses the heck out of some.;)
