What knife is that ?
That last post, w/ the poly pocket rocket... what fixed blade knife is that ? It looks familiar.
It's by Topps "Tex Creek" Model, high carbon, heavy blade. Will split wood.
The knife is a Buck model 105 next to a XDM compact 3.8 45 ACP. I didn't do a very good job with the pictures. The LCP2 and swiss army look as big as the XDM.
I like the 5" blade on the buck for gutting and skinning, it's my favorite hunting knife.
Is that lockback knife in the photo with the long slide Glock a Puma by any chance? Looks a lot like my first Puma knife (I think it is a Model 270), that I bought back in the mid '70s.
No it's not as nice as the Puma, It's a 30 year old Kershaw that was used as a work knife for many years and took allot of abuse. Still a good knife.
I always thought those big honkin' rivets on Puma folders were pretty cool.
Well then it's a very interesting Kershaw! Look's to be in good shape given it's age!
Casull and Nessmuk
Very complimentary pairing.
spur of the moment idea the other day:
44 SAA with Humphrey Kephart... rough and ready.
Aw c'mon man! You have to show us the holster and sheath with that combo.
Here you go...
I need a good Kephart in my life.
For now, though:
