LH Px4 Storm Holsters?

Hurricane season is upon me, and living in the south I have to care. Since I'm only just about to turn 20, CC isn't an option for me, but I still think I might like to be armed. Unfortunately I'm a lefty, which narrows my holster choices for just about anything down to a fifth or so.

I like the look of the leather one most, and I have nothing to attach to the rail, so the added space on the Fobus would go unused. How many of you have experience with these brands? Can you recommend any others? Is OC a good idea at my age? Thanks for your time.

I don't know much about open carry, so I can't help you with that.

Since you are looking at hurricane preparedness I would probably focus on kydex holsters. Polymer pistols seem well suited to kydex holsters, to me at least.
