A few observations:
- I could not find much published data by bullet manufacturers, so I used Ramshot’s data and checked against a few forum postings that were within the max limit published by Ramshot.
- My best load (IMO) was 24.1 gr which produced 5/8” to ¾” groups at 50 yds with an average speed of 2643. This is 235 fps faster than the best I could get with BL-C(2) or CFE223, producing similar grouping results. I believe that this would equate to approximately 2925 fps from a 24” barrel.
- Of the three powders I tested with this bullet, TAC was by far the cleanest. Shooting suppressed is inherently more dirty, but I was pleasantly surprised to how clean my brass looked.
BL-C(2) (23.5 gr) – Avg 2408, ES 43, SD 15, Group 0.75”

CFE223 (23.5 gr) – Avg 2429, ES-65, SD-27, Group 1.00”
