armoredman, stop it. You are making it very difficult for me not to whip out my already whipped credit card.

While I have to agree with the over the top neon artwork at:
http://www.israeli-weapons.com/donate.htm
The site does offer a wider selection of butt stocks:

SA. VZ. 58 Folding Galil Stock:

SA. VZ. 58 Folding M16/AR15 Recoil Reducing Collapsible Butt Stock:

Both sites offer free shipping.

I suggest the cz 527 as well.. I have the 527 varmint in .223 and it is an extremely accurate gun... If anything can squeeze every bit of accuracy possible out of the x39 cartrige, that is the gun.

Generally, a bolt gun will give better accuracy than a semi and I do highly recommend the CZ-527.

On the other hand the difference between a good bolt gun and a good semi-auto can be minimal. One thing is for certain and that is a bolt gun is less ammo sensitive.

I have shot my SA vz 58 out to 300 yard with no problem. Due to it's short stroke gas piston design design it is more accurate than a AK.
The fact that it is a milled receiver and, like the CZ-527 made in the Czech Republic, don't hurt either as the Czechs have a long history of building quality weapons.

While the Soviet Central Committee made every other country under their control adopt the AK, they let the Czechs have their own rifle.
They new it was a much better design or that never would have happened.

jeepguy, this is 12 shots with my vz at 100 yards with an old aimpoint red dot

50 yards, standing. Forgot my stool that day. Target is standard printer paper.

Only 25 yards, sighting in the EOTech for the first time, nothing special, but I don't hide bad groups.

Old group at 100 yards when I first was looking for a good load.

50 yards, standing, 30 rounds, rapid fire, (about two every second) with EOTech.

I am certainly not the worlds greatest rifle shot, but I am happy.
