What are your plans for use?
I've found that an belt slide works for most uses. The one I have now was a "one size fits" a Beretta 92/Glock17/etc., etc. I wet it and fit my G19 to the holster. Works fine.

The plan is for IDPA. It's for a buddy who has finally decided to give competition a try, so he'll need mag pouch too...this has turned into a never ending battle w/ all his excuses. Now, thankfully, he's down to his last few excuses! :banghead: :banghead:

Bladetech makes a 'canted' version just for competition shooting, same price. My friend uses them for his USP and P7M13 competition shoots.
