I had drifted the stock sights on my CZ 75BD one too many times, and the rear sight came loose. Rather than just have is staked down, I saw new a new Fiber Optic sight set from Precision Sights International (http://www.precisionsights.com/) that looked interesting for about $89. The order was easily placed--very friendly people at PSI--and arrived quickly. My local gun shop installed them for me, and I recently was able to go shooting with them.
I am in my mid-30s and do not have 'eye problems' yet, but I wanted the red fiber optic sight to help me focus in USPSA Production. With the stock sights, it was hard to keep track of the front sight if I went 'fast' (slow to many). I thought the red front would help that. Plus, I reload, and too often I noticed nice groups not where I was aiming. I wanted the adjustable rear sight to adjust to my favorite loads. All in all, a great sight set for my needs.

Yesterday I shot about 350 rounds with the new sights, and I must say they're a huge improvement. Getting a new zero was quick and easy. The rear sight settings move with pleasing "snicks" of precision. The fiber optic part of the sights practically GLOWS in the daylight, as if they were powered lights. I've not shot with fiber optic sights before, but they stand out in anything brighter than early dusk very easily.
Fiber Optic Glow (and this is a cloudy day here)
I am no marksman, but he CZ 75BD is a very capable gun. This is 30 rounds from 25 yards, bench rested, with my reloads. Reloads were Precision Bullets (moly coated lead) over 4.8gr Unique, WSP, 1.095" OAL. These bullets were an experiment, and work fine. That said, they're no longer available and I’ll probably stick with tried and true Berry’s plated 124gr RN.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a simple and relatively inexpensive upgrade to their pistol. PSI was a pleasure to buy from. If you're on the fence (like I was) wondering how nice the sights would be in practice, wait no more. It was money very well spent.
