Makarov PM size question

I'm thinking about picking one of these up, but I'm curious as to how big/small these are. In some pictures they look tiny, in others they look huge. I just can't get a good scale of what their size is. I've got a request...can anyone with a Makarov PM take a picture of it next to some other well known firearm, like an M9, Glock, or 1911? The key thing I want to know is what the height of the Makarov PM is.

yep, you can find all sorts of pics, it's called google, image search, or just look up the stats on say world guns and compare

A couple more since neither of those are great comparisons of overall height. 1911 and better lighting included this go around.
