Hi guys, this is a project that I have been thinking about and trying to work towards for the better part of two years. It started out as a cool idea and the more and more I got immersed into it, the more I felt that this idea could really turn in to an amazing product. The idea is called FPS Cam. It's a camera mount for firearms that will attach to side rails and accommodate almost any type of camera you may have. From a tiny point and click camera to a 6-7lb pro-sumer camcorder, this mount can hold just about all of them and is solid as a rock. The way I designed it, you're more likely to break your camera or your gun than you are to break this mount. It can be used to face down the barrel or towards the shooter. It can be used in conjunction with a camera capable of night vision, an infra red flashlight and a laser to pick out targets in low or no light. It can be used with a laser to point around corners and shoot from cover/concealment. I think this product will have many uses for not just the average joe who likes to shoot, but paintballers, airsofters, hunters, police and military. Check out the promo video my partner and I put together and please visit our Indiegogo page if you're interested in contributing to the project. Thanks for your time and I hope this can turn into something real. I'll try to man the thread as often as possible and answer any questions you may have.

Stabby cam! Something none of us need, but that many of us may want. I don't hunt, but think this product is something that may be really cool for many hunters. Of course, there is always the chance that your camera battery would die before you actually get a kill.

Once the funding comes through and we go into production, we're thinking somewhere in the $40 range.

Great idea! Great Product! And the price is right too.

I'm not sure I personally have a use for it, but I'm going to try like hell to find one!

Lol, thanks, good to hear. "I don't know what I'd do with one, but i neeeeed it."
