Mass Text Messaging Service Like te Bloomberg Folks

A group of us are looking for a free or low cost service that sends out legislative alerts in our state. We want a link where folks can sign up online as well as enter numbers of the folks we have number for already.

While I don't see a gun connection there are dozens of software programs out there that will do what you want sending Text, Emails and even Voice Notes. Stuff like this just as an example. There are also group message services which will do the work for you.

People could sign up through a website. You need along the lines of a webmaster to set things up.
