Max. 777 load for Deerstalker .54

Can't find blackpowder anymore, so I switched to the Triple Seven.
Seems to ignite less easily, had to load 5 grs of ffffg plus 80 grs of 777 ffg to get the same velocity as 100 grs of goex ffg.

What is a good load for the Lyman Deerstalker in .54?
Using Hornady .425 grs bullets (~1350 fps).
What is the max. recommended 777 charge?

.535" RB 120 grs. 2Fg or 100 grs. 3Fg
335 gr. Sabot 110 grs. 2Fg or 90 grs. 3Fg
450 gr. Maxi 110 grs. 2Fg or 90 grs. 3Fg

You might consider getting a replacement nipple from Cabela's, a new nipple using musket caps, or even a Mag Spark conversion unit that uses a 209 primer if it continues to have ignition trouble.
