Beauty...19-3... Sweet gun, will mainly see .38s and maybe a couple of heavy weight .357s for deer and hog. I will be changing out the grips for something more traditional, maybe stag grips. View attachment 837582 View attachment 837583
A 19-3 was my first revolver and still one of my favorites.
It was so good I decided I needed another couple dozen Smith's![/QUOTE
I had a couple of 19-4s before this one. The most gorgeous revolver I ever had was. 19-4 in nickel with a 2 inch barrel, I traded it like a fool
Definitely. To me it is the definitive K frame although some model 10 appreciators may disagree. I am looking at holsters soon and grips will be next. The Evangelist Cowboy
And a very nice get together it was in San Antonio! One of the all time classic S&W K frames!
That is my mother's name. Wouldn't feel right. I was thinking more along the lines of Reba.Ah-ha I hear Patsy singing. Are you going to name it Rose?

Agreed. The k frame is a dream come true, Bill Jordan knew his stuff. The 19 is has my opinion the most ideal weight and balance for 36 caliber. you just cant do much better
