Middle Tennessee CCW Classes

Im looking into finally getting my carry permit and Im wondering where some fellow THR members in the area took their classes. Im looking at just about anywhere in Davidson, Williamson, Hickman, Dickson & Maury counties and it seems like the only real option i can come up with is The Range Inc out near Centerville. http://www.therangeinc.com/ Has anyone taken the ccw class or any other training courses they offer? The one other option that im aware of is Gun City USA Ive never been a fan of the shop/range there, but any feedback on their ccw course would be great as well as any other places that offer ccw classes that i may have missed. Thanks!

Hi Frank, I obtained my permit many years ago through training with Buford Tune at APPS http://www.appstraining.com/ It was a good/solid class & Buford is a hoot! They are still in biz so they must be doing something right. Give 'em a call. Good luck!

I'm not really familiar with places around Nashville except for On Target in Murfreesboro. You might do well to drop in over at http://www.tngunowners.com and ask there, as there are plenty of folks in the Nashville area who'd be glad to help you out.
