Millenium Pro mag in an older Millenium?

Anyone know if you can use a magazine from a Taurus Millenium Pro in an older Millenium (PT-111 in this case)?
I know the newer version has the little finger doodad on the baseplate but does that mean it can't be used in an older model?

Unfortunately, Nope. PT-111 and PT-140 changed mags quite a bit in going to the PRO upgrade, I believe the PT-145 mags remained the same, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it.

They aren't compatible. Good news is mags for the older non-Pro Millennium PT111 can be found a lot cheaper. Bad news is 10+1 is all you're gonna get out of a 1st. Generation PT111.

You are correct about the PT-145 Mags. There was no Model PT-145 before the Mill Pro's came out so there can't be Pro and non-Pro Mags for the .45.
