Minimalist Padded War Belt?

I'm looking for a minimalist padded war/battle belt that can carry several rifle and pistol mags, a sidearm, and blowout kit. I don't want tons of MOLLE webbing cluttering things up and adding weight. The way I see it, you already have a riggers belt going through the padded belt. Shouldn't that be what holds the gear? I found this one, SET War Belt and it looks pretty awesome. It's a three part system. A super slim 1.75" velcro pant belt, a pad and Cobra Riggers belt modified to accept MOLLE pouches. Plus you can remove the pad and wear the Riggers belt with the velcro belt for a lower profile. Any suggestions?

Lots of MOLLE webbing may add negligible weight, but i like the ability to anchor my gear over a larger vertical area (two or three rows of MOLLE), it makes my heavier items more stable and keeps them from leaning outwards at the top. At least for me.

I picked up a Condor 241 in multicam to spread the load of a 511 pack. About $30 shipped. I have had it out a few times hunting and it works great.

You will need to get a good 1.5 inch belt.

Neither the 511 nor the Condor comes with a belt.
