The liberal lefties don't disapprove of criminals with guns as much as they disapprove of Republicans with guns ; and since it's now with the state's blessing, that makes it all the worse.
Missouri is mostly white with the majority of black Missourians living in Kansas City and St Louis. The law was originally manipulated around so as to inhibit blacks from getting concealed gun permits.
The whole underlining thing about no permits in Kansas City and St Louis is racism. Blacks are thought to be unable to handle guns with any responsibility.
I am white and live in Kansas City. I got my permit from Utah so as to keep my money from Jackson County that fought the concealed carry permit to the very end. Law abiding blacks that live in Kansas City and St. Louis need concealed carry permits more than anyone. I know for a fact that police response time in Kansas City is a joke. Often times they never even show up. I bet St Louis police are as bad or worse.
