This seminar will provide the student with an arsenal of proven techniques to fend off or disable an attacker. Students will be placed in simulated scenarios to inoculate them to the stress of an attack and build confidence. The techniques are selected from several disciplines to include Traditional Combat Ju Jitsu. Learn why unarmed in does not mean unprotected.

A black belt in Tae Bo is good . Seriously I am one of the instructors and we hope to have people with years of MA to none at all. This stuff will add to anyones tool box. If all works out we plan to do a series of seminars and maybe a weekly class. Bring some friends.
