I've been a fan of the 2011 design since purchasing an SVI Infinity some years ago, at the time it was the most coin I'd spent on a pistol and ever since I've been a fan.

I'd let a regular iron sight C2 go a while ago, decided to buy a P w/ some extras that gets a lot of love. Over the weekend I found a deal that was too good to pass up.

Here's C2 #2, this one has X serrations and full DLC option. Attached was a green dot Holosun which I promptly removed, but the things are just so slick to shoot. Got it out yesterday, 400 trouble free rounds. Not likely a new CCW, but just a fun home defense/range option.

I was thought I was hooked with the single stack, model C, but the double stack, C2 really got me.

After the C2, I got the P in 45 acp. Then I really dove in head first with an Atlas Artemis.

Very nice.. I need to try an Atlas sometime, word is a local store is gonna start stocking a few. I do like the lack of a grip safety. FWIW I rented a Springfield Prodigy 5" and the thing shot very well, reminded me of my old STI Edge.

I like 2011’s to! Love the Old STi’s. But with 2011 2X stack 1911 being cool and main stream. I don’t have an appeal for them anymore.

I get it, Super Tuned guns for Super Tuned competitors.
