More Mustang Pocketlite questions

First a big THANKS to everyone that has given me info. I have two more things on my Mustang Pocketlite that I bought the other day, please remember that this gun is supposed to be new and never shot. I think that the original owner had a couple of thing done to the gun. First there is one, not two recoil springs ( the manual calls for two on a Mustang ), Second the sear spring clip has been painted a lime green color. Could this indicated that it has been replaced?
