Oh well here are two Uberti Colts I finished last week for a pair of customers. I decided to photograph them together even though they are quite different. Let me know what y’all think of them......the “choppa” was per customer request and also the first time I did a two line Colt barrel address.

I can’t use those, can only get one and a half fingers on the grip and the gun just gets lost but they are cute...

It would be nice to see something in the picture to give the pistols some size reference,,,
As far as I can tell they are full size frames with chopped barrels.

Big mice you have there.

.

They have little deer down there I can’t imagine how small the mice must be...

They look great. I love the looks of the Colt pocket line.

Put one in your hand and you will know how small they are. Been there, done that, and I won't have another. I don't have big hands and the 1851 Navy model is the smallest Colt I want. I actually like the 1860 Army grip frame length better and wish Colt did that from the get-go with the Navy. With the Army grip frame the pinky finger does not have to hang out in the breeze.

Regards,

Jim

They are cute but I sold the last one I had, a .36 police model. Beautiful little thing but I wear 2 and 3XL gloves and I have trouble with small grips. It wasn’t as bad years ago, before Arthur Itis showed up but that’s what we get for living so much and so long... I would really like to find a supplier for steel 1860 grip frames, both the strap and the trigger guard. I would fit them on all of the single actions.

I have an 1849 Wellsfargo style Uberti .31 which lives with a .32 S&W cylinder in it and LOADED in a locked filing cabinet in my man cave , it hits dead on tiny groups at 15 yards with Remington .32 S&W ammo. I hated loading the ,31 balls in the C&B cylinder. I love my little .36 !862 Fluted Police Uberti , it is about my favorite C&B revolver. For me my "Mouse Gun" is the little screw barrel .45 boot pistol . It shoots well and offers a big punch at close range. It is tiny.

The left foreground is the 1862 .36 the right foreground the 1849 ".32" and below it is the Screw barrel .45. Those are my little guys.
