I emailed to the six Representatives who are needed for a veto override as listed here. Took me a while to send the emails since I was cutting and pasting addresses into Hotmail but it is well worthe the 45 minutes of my time.

Thank you for your support of the proposed legislation to allow Concealed Carry in Wisconsin. I hope you will support an override of veto of Gov. Doyle's misguided and misleading veto.
Nationwide, opponents of concealed carry legislation have cried "gloom and doom" whenever state legislatures have reviewed changes to concealed carry laws. As a former resident of Arizona (Five years in the Phoenix metro area, 1999-2005), and licensed firearm carrier there, I can attest to the fact that concealed carry does not pose a danger to society. Two of Wisconsin's neighbors, Michigan and Minnesota, have recently changed their laws to liberalize concealed carry licensing and gave citizens an option for self defense that was previously limited. Neither MN or MI have had issue with concealed carry licensees acting illegally, rashly, or dangerously.
Citizens of Wisconsin should have the same ability as our neighbors to defend ourselves from violent physical attack. I guarantee that a couple years after concealed carry laws have been passed in Wisconsin, and the effects have been analyzed, that legislators and citizens both will be wondering what today's arguments were for.
I urge you to support a veto override and to encourage your fellow legislators to do the same.
