On the reciever, a marking, according to a website full of Enfield markings, stating FTR, meaning factory total repair. Does anyone know what this means? It has the original stock, so is this just like re-arsenalling? it shoots very well, best Enfield trigger I ever tried, smooth bolt.
Also, a number 7 is stamped on the bolt, and a few other places, any ideas? It's a Number 4 Mk1* 1943, from Long Branch. No acceptance stamps, proof stamps, issuance stamps, nada.

Your Long Branch received it's Factory Thorough Repair (FTR) at Fazakerely in Lancashire, England. FTR is basically a re-arsenal to prepare for reissue, issue to home guard, sale to 3rd parties or war stores long term storage.

Is the 7 on the outside of the bolt head by the extractor spring or on the bolt top flat? If it's on the flat it's likely a "broad arrow" proof and if by the extractor spring a number one that wasn't stamped squarely. That would be the bolt size for headspacing.

Here is a good markings reference page.
