A short-action cartridge in a long-action rifle has its benefits once you start reloading. It should allow you to seat the bullets out as far as you want to which can have its benefits.

Haha, someone finally noticed the turkey's in the scope picture, they wandered out while I was shooting. The turkeys in my area of Mass are pretty oblivious, you could realy hunt them with baseball bats rather than firearms. I'm not admiting to anything but i've been known to take a page out of the book of the finnish bird hunters, aim for the head so you don't spoil the meat with a rifle round.

Haha, Snow i'm not too concerned about you coming all the way from norway to steal my gun, but anyway, I live in the central massachusetts area. It's a very pretty state, very hilly and very scenic in the fall. The unfortunate part is the state has been taken over by the socalists and is one of the two most left leaning states in the union, but if you can get over the taxes and bearuocracy, its a nice state with some nice people.

Also you probubly didnt have to pay $100 dollars for a Permint (fid card) to excersize your 2A rights and a $50 gun saftey course and get fingerprinted and have an interview all for a bolt action rifle.....if that makes you feel better.

All of that sucks, but the bold words really stand out.

Beautiful place to shoot though.
