These classes* (one day each...4 sessions) are held in Lincoln, at All Seasons Range, 4713 Hartley.

Check with Don Milller at the range to register. ( 402-464-0256 )...or e-mail me directly for additional information.

Each class starts at 9:00am, and each class is my Nebraska CCW+ class...where you receive the paperwork to apply to Nebraska and Utah (and Florida or Minnesota also if desired.)

* To clarify, each day is a separate class...choose the day that works for you! You only go to one session...it is NOT a four day class...

Just curious, but how many class sessions are typical for a CCW course? This is the course you have to complete prior to applying for the license, correct?

The class dates listed in the first post are separate classes. Nebraska requires a class taught by an instructor amd curriculum that has been approved by the Nebraska State Patrol. Most instructors classes run about 8-12 hours (including a mandated range qualification).

My classes are done and completed in one day. So, the four dates listed in the first post are each separate classes....a person attends just one of them.

Some instructors have offered evening classes which, due to time constraints they hold over two nights. I suspect though that most classes are simply held and completed in one day.

The class also encompasses a required 30 question written test, and the range qualification.

The Nebraska permit process took effect at the beginning of 2007...now some 4 months ago. The real interesting observation is that the number of people taking classes is far less than anticipated by the State Patrol I am sure there are a myriad of reasons, but it is interesting.

If you wanted to see the curriculum I use, I would be glad to e-mail a section of the "book" to you as a sample.
