Need a rifle scope

I need a rifle scope to go on my new 6.5 swede.

Requirements -
-matte finish
-crosshairs, no dots
- AO
-like the bdc idea on the nikon, but already have 3,looking for something different
-bigger that 3x9, no fixed powers
-40-44 mm objective
- stay under $500

Who has the best quality scope for the money with these things in mind?
