Need help identifying this Suicide Special

I have what I believe to be a "Suicide Special" but cannot nail it down to a manufacturer. The only markings on it are the word "PREMIER" stamped on the top strap, the number "4" on the bottom side of the barrel and on the forward side of the cylinder. It has a 2 3/8" barrel with a brass blade front sight and a raised notch lip top strap. A "push in" type cylinder release on the forward part of the frame (possible Hood Manufacturing?) with a 5 shot (believe it is a .32) plain cylinder (no flutes) with notches at the rear. A "saw handle" type bird's head grip and a round plate on the left serving as a nut to hold the threaded end of the hammer screw. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Take your pick:

Premier: Trade name used by the Thomas E. Ryan Company on inexpensive pocket revolvers.

Premier: Trade name used by the Harrington and Richardsor Arms Company on revolvers.

Premier: Trade name used by the Montgomery Ward & Company of Chicago on firearms they retailed.

Premier: Registered trade name of Edward K. Tryon & Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They sold cheap revolvers, among many other sporting goods.

And that's not even the entire list, there were a couple of Spanish makers using the name also. So, pictures are a must.
