Hello friends. Today I was firing my new Arsenal SAM7 in the desert:

I added a light to the barrel by way of an RS Regulate BM1 mount. The Surefire X300 works well on it and didn’t burn up even after several magazines. About 1K of rounds in on this rifle and it just keeps getting better. I love this milled Bulgarian!

I gotta say, that light and side mount looks very very good

Thank you sir! I’m going to get a custom chest rig for the rifle soon and want to integrate my Bulgarian Makarov PM 9x18mm pistol into the mix to provide a close range backup just in case. Will fit the combloc theme nicely!

Nice Bulgarian.

If you like these check out Mishaco on YouTube. He is a blind guy who has an unbelievable collection and breadth of knowledge that would probably rival even some of the brightest on this forum. The guy does some seriously in depth table top discussions on just about every military small arm you can think of.

I didn't even know he was blind until watching his 10th video, I was stunned honestly, I don't know how a blind guy shoots (understandably not the best shot) and keeps up with all the subtle variations from one generation to the next..... it's quite impressive. Check out his arsenal of arsenals, :D.

MIsha Is a great guy. I'm already subscribed to him on YouTube.

Misha points out why he doesn’t necessarily recommend the VZ-58,

—-while in a different video, his brother is more in favor of it.

A potential Very serious danger is if somebody—forgets— to reinstall the smallish Locking Device.
Keep this in mind with any VZ, or around people new to them. Imagine a rifle bolt with No Locking Lugs.

You can see this Device move a bit when looking into the magwell , and watching the bolt/bolt carrier…Moving.

I’m crazy about my Czechpoint rifle, and Czech PCR handgun, among others.

It was a TUFF choice, Iggy. The Vz’s are real beauts.
