It was announced some time ago. My record of it was saved on November 12. I wanted to use it on Kel-Tec SU-16, where AR optics often cause "jaw weld". It was even promised to have a direct interface to the Picatiny rail, in some versions at least, which is more than can be said about RMR or DPP. My biggest concerns about Acro P1 are the cost and the simple pistol reticle. Currently I have TRS-25 on there that I bought for $80. That's a far cry to $550 street on P1.

Fist I saw or heard about P-1 was this morning when Aim Point sent me an email and said it was unveiled at this weeks Shot show. Can't find a "street Vendor " yet !

Is this a picture of a direct clamp on slide of a Glock ? Notice it looks like a lower co witness to irons !

In the video of Inrange from the media range day at SHOT, the irons were tall. Glock ships a variety of them in fact, and they are classified in millimeters. You will not have to scramble to find tall sights for a Glock.

Not sure if Id ever mount one to a pistol. but I definitely could see it on one of my rifles.
