Another option is to contact Brownells. They have several 5.5" barrels listed
for $107 to $116 and the "unlimited" for $148. Don't know the length of the unlimited. Just a thought.

The Buckmark barrel is a drop-in, and replacement requires only the two allen wrenches needed to field strip the pistol. Direct from Browning, you can get their shorter barrels (i.e. change to a 4" micro barrel) or buy the Camper or Challenge barrels. All will interchange on the Buckmark frame without an issue.

Once note - the fische is not clear on this, but all barrels come with the barrel and barrel block. You do not need to order the barrel block separately.
