I just picked up a British army service kuk by bura from himalayn imports. best hundred dollars i ever spent. I don't know where to carry it, since my chest webbing has no more room, and the loops aren't molle compatable anyway.

Congrats! Also, feel free to post at BladeForums HI Cantina, if you haven't done so.

I was able find a way to attach my Chitlangi to my web gear, but it's been a few years, so I don't remember how I did it! :) Also, if it's a mil-style mission you have in mind, I used black grip tape to remove glare from the handle and scabbard's chape.

Hm. I think I *may* have used zip ties to fix the Chit on my left side, handle forward. My sgts didn't have a problem with me taking the kuk to the field to clear fields of fire, but my platoon sgt had a cow when I mounted the kuk to my
web gear.

as you can see from the m-1 garand pouch on my MAV, i'm not exactly in the military. since i don't view the kuk as a primary or even secondary weapon, i feel comfortable having it somewhere that's not really easy to get to, so I'm probably going to see if i can come up with a sheath that'll attach to my medium alice. what web gear did you use? pistol belt and harness? ETLBV?
