New Members to the family!

Well, I just purchased a Glock 36 yesterday and it functions flawlessly! Just what I expected from a Glock. Not a very nice looking gun, but it gets the job done. I am very pleased!

And, today I purchase the S&W 340PD Scandium/Titanium .357 Magnum. The .357 kick is very fierce, but not as bad as the Desert Eagle .50 that I shot a couple of months ago! My Glock 36 will be my home gun that stays in my GunVault 2000 and the 340PD is so lightweight, that it will be my all year carry gun.

no kiddin that the 340PD with .357s doesn't recoil as bad as the .50 DE? I fired one of those DE's last year and while the significant recoil and poor ergonomics made it feel like a true whopper, it was at least shootable.

I'm actually scared to shoot one of those scandium .357s because I fear my hand would be numb for a week.

I agree. I have one of S&W's 38 spl's in Aluminum and titanium, and while the recoil isn't unmanageable, it's really sharp, by the end of a box of 50 my palm is tingling.
