Hello just wanted to share my newest toy with everyone. This is a Taylorsfirearms Smoke wagon deluxe .357 made by Uberti. I love this gun. The action is super smooth and the trigger pull is light as a feather. I bought this for range use only and so far it has preformed very well. The sights are dead on when I can hold it steady and the 4 clicks of the hammer always brings a smile to my face. I really can't find anything to dislike about it. I'm thinking of adding a set of fake ivory grips when funding allows. The gun is fitted together very well and the bluing looks great. The color case hardening on the frame isn't as colorful as others I've seen but I can live with it just fine. Please excuse the poor quality of the picture and thanks for looking.

It's the 4-3/4". I want another one LOL in .45 may go with the 5 -1/2 bl. On that one.

I like it!

You made a fine choice.

I just got another Cimarron on gunbroker Wed, 4.75" stainless in 357...can't wait for it to get here. This will be 2 in 2wks...they are a BAD habit.

It is your gun and your money, so if you want to change the grips do so. But in my worthless opinion, a perfect fitting grip is more aesthetic than a poorly fitted grip regardless of material. The grips that came on the gun are perfectly fitted I am sure. Replacement grips for a SA Colt or replica are rarely a good fit. Some vendors have available oversized grips that can be properly fitted, but fitting them requires some skill.

You have a very nice revolver, enjoy it.

Looks very nice. Now you know you just have to get another one in .45 to keep this one company! And don't forget a sweet little carbine, like a Rossi Model 92, in .357 or .45 to round out the trio.

Yes I agree, properly fit grips are a must. That's why I I'll be sending this gun to Boone Trading Co. So they can properly fit a set of their imitation ivory grips to it. I've seen a couple examples of their work and they do a good job.
