Nice little sling I found at a great price

While waiting for friends the other evening to go eat I cruised through Walmart camping section and found a 1"X6 ft. black nylon strap with a slide keeper and a quick release buckle. It was only 1.88. when I opened it I realized it will make a nice sling for a hunting rifle. You can even make a special arm loop with it. Sure can't beat the price for a sling.

Less than $2 for a sling aint a bad deal. I bought two 50' packs of paracord, a quick release buckle and a small locking swivel to make a 1 point sling for my CAR-15. I used a regular solomon bar stitch pattern and i was able to weave in 16 rounds of 5.56. I literally finished making it about 5 minutes ago and it turn out really nice. Not a bad sling and it cost me about $10.
