Nickel finish S&W M-27?

Did S&W put out a model 27 in nickel? I saw one at the range today and the owner claims its factory finish. TIA

Yes they did. In fact many, many of them in all barrel lengths.

A Model 27 in nickle is a work or art. Albeit a common one.

A Model 28 in factory nickle, however, is quite uncommon.

yes.. i passed on a 3.5 in nickle 27-2 last year at 650 cuz i thought it was too high... well PRK gun laws as they are i've not seen one since for sale...

Here's my 6" 27-2 in nickel. This is probably the most common Model 27 in nickel. Even though, it's kinda flashy and gets noticed at the range

Shoots good too.
