Same genius who said after Katrina that N.O. was the safest city in America? Yeah, depopulation and being underwater will tend to curb crime.
The athorities in NOLA are quite possibly the sorriest excuse for human beings that I have ever seen on the TV. And that includes the few times I have been unlucky enough to accidentally gaze apon a brief glance at the Jerry Springer Show, as I'm flipping channels..
