OK, I want to go to Fort Worth for the three day NRA Personal Protection Expo. Depending on what training and seminars are available when, I might want to go for one, two, or all three days.
There is no way to find out when any of the free sessions take place or how long they are, only which day. Many are recurring on two or three days. But when you look at the details for each seminar, there are no times.
You can mine the Buy Tickets Now page at
https://www.etix.com/ticket/o/4123?cobrand=PersonalProtection
to find out when the fee-based sessions take place.
(But you have to go to the Glock Shooting Sports Foundation site to buy the $250 ticket to the 8 hour Glock Armorer's Course on either 9/6 or 9/7.)
However, the free (included with admission) sessions only say what they are about and who is speaking. There is no information about start time and length.
If you click on any session's Add to Calendar link you get an ics calendar file that says the session starts and ends at 0400 Zulu (11:00 p.m. CDT). Gee, that is certainly helpful.

Since I struggled to figure out the fee-based session schedule, I am sharing my results here. See the attached file, NRA-Fee-Based-Seminars-Ft-Worth.pdf

This is frustrating. If I can get by with only two days there to see what I want, that will save hotel costs.
Does NRA not have people working on this who understand how folks use conference sessions?
