odd request...maybe?

I am looking for a 16 inch heavy BBL for an AR with a low profile gasblock (without FSB) and mid length gas port
any suggestions?

maybe a complete upper with this already on it without a handgaurd or sights

Armalite has such critters. HBAR for the M15A4C upper ($500), bull barrel on the M15(T) carbine ($600). They do have handguards installed and do have M1913 FSB.

It's a JP Enterprises Modular Free Float.

I want a rail or two, but quad rails is way more than I need. It lets me attach rails where I want, and keeps the rest clear.
