You guys may have read some posts I have made about the ATI 1911 Commander I bought for $319 delivered to the local FFL. I love this gun. I have spent some money on G10 grips, ambi safety, inexpensive red dot and having the slide milled for the optic. But it is still a bargain. So the question is how does it shoot. Here are three 10 round targets shot offhand at 7, 11, and 15 yd. My rough measurements of the groups are 1.37 in, 2.13 in, and 3.58 in. Those are 5 inch square targets. That would extrapolate to about 5.2 in groups at 25 yd. I was using some really crappy ammo, flat point factory reloads. Based on my observations while shooting and the results I would say the gun is pretty accurate. I could use some work, however. My hands move around a lot.
