Optics mounts for BP revolvers like Ruger Old Army?

Ok. Hold off for a moment please on our love for tradition. Let's say that at an older age our eyes aren't what they used to be. I have a spare Weaver 2X pistol scope that would benefit me mounted on my Ruger Old Army, but is mounting it possible without a drill and tap trip to a gunsmith? I have no drill bases for my Single Six and Super Blackhawk. Have I missed one for our beloved Old Army? Thanks. Don.

You might try B Square. They have all kinds of scope mounts that don't require gunsmithing. But on an Old Army?? Guess you gotta let your freak flag fly. Go for it.

If it has adjustable sights, you may have some luck with a Blackhawk mount. If it has fixed sights, it will probably have to be D&T'd.
