I bought a what was supposed to be pair of Para magazines on Gunbroker a while back (like a year) and I just got back from the range today. The magazines are not .45 ACP magazines but seem to be .40 as far as I can tell by a fit check. There are no markings on the magazines. Can anyone determine what these magazines belong to from the pictures below:

I can tell you that those are definitely not .45 ACP para ord magazines. The lips are too tall/narrow.

Is there a P in concentric circles on the bottom of the baseplates?

I loaded up one of the magazines with 15 rounds of .40s, no problems. There is no logo on the base of the magazines. I matched up a Para 45 mag and it seems be close to the same except for the follower and the mag not fitting in a P-14.

Sound sloke a non-Para .40 mag.. Yup. generally Para mags have a "P" on the bottoms with their little surrounding emblem design. Sorry to hear of the trouble.

I'd guess a Mecgar Para or another knockoff in.40. I don't think I can get $50 for the pair but I can always try.

Thanks for the help.
