A Walther P99 Tactical II. Very slim, very sleek. Blade is not quite razorsharp, but cuts paper like a hot, no wait, a lukewarm knife through butter. Stiffer paper got cut to ribbons with ease. Fits perfectly inside my boot too, easily accessible, easy to open. Very easy to flick open, however, it seem as if the locking mechanism isn't a 100% reliable to lock itself when flicked open. I'll have to try a little more. *edit* The lock, when fully engaged so to speak, appears to be extremely sturdy and reliable. (But we are talking german engineering here :D:D )
Cost me 39 dollars, has a three inch blade (420 steel) lower half of the blade (from handle and up) is serrated.

Been playing with my new toy all day, and the locking mechanism now works like a charm. All that's needed is a firm flick of the wrist, and it comes into action. Couldn't be happier. I'm going to carry it all the time, the law be damned. If needed, I can tuck it into my boot in notime. Nobody going to search a stinky boot.
Oh, and I've changed my mind about the sharpness of the blade. It IS razorsharp. Part of my left arm is now without hair :D.
