[pics] Anybody Know Who Made This Old Derringer?

This old revolver was found in an estate of an old couple.

Its marked

CZAR
PAT.MCH28.71.MAY27.79


Its a 22 short, I can't get the cylinder out of the frame.
It appears to have ivory grips?

Has anyone seen something like this?

There are two CZAR revolvers. They were were a very inexpensive "suicide special." One was made by Hopkins & Allen. Some are marked just CZAR and others have a pat. date of May 27, '79. They are .22 short caliber, 7 shot. The other was made by Whitney Armory under contract to the Hood Firearms Co. and sold by Turner & Ross of Boston. Pat. dates on those are Feb. 23 '75 and Mar. 14 '76. I believe your gun is the last one. Ed.
