Pocket carry printing-dumb**s Bubba idea or Eureka! moment

Iron on patches in a weird area of your pants/shorts will draw visual attention to what you're trying to conceal..

They’re ironed to the outward-facing exterior of the pocket itself, not the exterior of the garment.

So, I ironed three 4x5 denim patches, one on top of the other, to a pocket the other day and I have to say it works pretty well with a LC9 . Yes, it does make a panel-like print when the pocket is pressed against the fabric while sitting, but there’s nothing gun-like about the outline. Naturally, it’s much less pronounced when standing. Best of all there’s no panel in the pocket to fiddle past to draw.
We’ll see how it holds up to washing but I think it’s at least the start of a decent idea. I’m going to experiment with neoprene and fabric glue next.

Op, if you've been pocket carrying for 30 years with zero issues then you don't have anything to worry about. But your iron on patches is a great idea.

In the past I have cut a custom-sized chunk out of a milk/water/juice jug to fit between the pistol and inside of the pocket. Extremely cheap and very effective.
