(Rochester-AP) -- Police who went to a Rochester apartment this morning looking for burglars. Instead they found a naked man sitting on his couch, with a loaded shotgun.
The man is the one who had called police. He said there was one burglar in another room and another under the bed.
Police didn't find any intruders, but officers did find drugs on a coffee table.
Police Sergeant John O'Neil says the man was taken to Saint Marys Hospital and could be charged with drug possession.
