Powder coating question

Should I get into powder coating, I have some questions.

For .45 ACP; I reload .452 bare lead. If I were to powder coat, I guess a sizer die ls required to make sure the coat is even/smooth. .451 uncoated lead is available.

Is a sizer die required, or will the barrel "size" the bullet when fired without problems?

If the intent is for the bullet to ride the bore with the powder between the bullet and the barrel, what size lead should I start with?

If you have a source of un-lubed/true .451" bullets, coat them and shoot them.

I coat my cast 45 bullets and run them through a Lee 452 sizer. Cheap and easy.

I cast my own and powder coat - I cast, then powder coat, then size/gas check. Easiest way to make sure they are uniform size.
