Yep,

Glock won't be responsible injuries occurring if reloaded ammo is used in their guns.

Similarly, Recreational Software won't be responsible for injuries occurring if you exceed the maximum powder charge indicated by the powder and/or bullet manufacturer, regardless of what the Pressure Trace pressure and velocity measurements might be.

Yeah, lawyers speak. You will find similar information in your firearms manuals.

For example, if you follow the warnings in your Glock 21 manual, you wouldn’t be shooting reloads in the first place.

Of course such warnings are not limited to just the firearms industry. This label,

Is intended to be placed onto a device that itself creates both sparks and an open flame. The CPSC will even issue a safety alert if they don’t stick it on there.

Shakespeare (via "Dick The Butcher') was right. ;)

Those warnings are intended to help the companies who make dangerous stuff - like marshmallows and spoons - respond to a tort action by passing the blame, and/or passing the bill, onto a more nearly responsible (and more nearly deep-pocketed) entity. In the end, insurance companies (legalized gambling operations) and tort lawyers (legalized extortion artists) work with The Congress and The Courts (legalized protection rackets) to make sure morons are compensated for doing stupid things that get themselves and others hurt.

The again, if we didn't have legalized, organized crime operations like Congress, the Courts, tort lawyers and insurance underwriters, we'd have the tyrannical rule of The Mob (a la The Terrors) or a malevolent dictator (a la Jack Cade) and wouldn't be able to have guns, free markets, or freedom of any kind. So, Dick was right; but he was also just being sarcastic, not serious.
