Preferred method of case trimming.

I used my RCBS hand crank trimmer on exactly one piece of brass before figuring out I didn't want to ruin my wrist and bought a Giraud.

I have a RBCS #2 trimmer with universal jaws for odd ball cases, but generally use a Hornady trimmer with a battery drill for lots of .270 Win. and 30.06.

When you open a big box, you know your going to be there awhile.

Probably why we get such different answers when the questions are qualitative vs quantitative. “Quite a bit”, means different things to different people.
I would love to have that - when I buy "bulk" in .223, usually that means 500 bullets...I'm poor...:D
I do have a Forster hand trimmer - I use that for .308, since I really load very little in that caliber.
If you want to suffer, use the Lee hand trimmer - I keep that big wooden ball tool around to remind me that it could be a LOT worse...I trimmed many hundreds of 7.62x39mm brass with that thing, and darn near ruined my hands doing it!
