So I'm in a pinch and want to sell some things at a gun show out of state.
I understand I can't transfer a shotgun to an out of state buyer without going through a local FFL, can I go through one of the FFLs at the show? Is that rude, or will they generally take my processing fee and call it in for me?
I assume I can sell my flintlock without concern because muzzle loaders enjoy different classification status, but do please let me know if I'm off base on that one.
In case it makes a big difference, the show is in Ohio and I'm coming from Pennsylvania.
