I decided to build a "Scout" type AR while I still can buy Receivers in Kali [Mad] My new favorite LGS has locally made [Roll Eyes] Franlin Arms billet lower receiver and upper receiver on sale for $225 each in "Desert Smoke" http://www.franklinarmory.com/files/products/billet_lower_odg_l.jpg
I am going 14.5 " Stainless fluted LPF Troy gas block & tube .300 Blackout with a pinned Troy Claymore, $375.
I have a float GG&G forward rail hanging out = free.I had a lower kit and a Timney trigger = free
Spikes tactic heavy buffer tube kit = $67,Troy Battle Axe stock in tan = $105, Troy Buis set on Ebay for $175.
I think I will put my LaRue Tactical SPR / M4 Scope Mount QD LT104 with the Leupold Patrol 2-7 fire Dot on it and buy a 1-4 fire dot for the PDW, so call that free.
The billet receiver and upper are not the lightest and I believe the build will come in right around 7 pounds .I have all the tools to switch back to 5.56 , if needed in an hour or two. [Cool] I have dies on the way and have a thousand 150 grain Coreloktd Soft point spitzers in reserve .I gots me 8 pounds of Lil Gun which should get about 1700FPS easily out of a 14.5" barrel. I have heard that 150 grain loads in a .300 blackout work very well on deer and pigs at 200 yards.125 grain loads get AK velocities BTW and we know how those work, [Wink] .This will be my last and ultimate build. I have a Diplomat 7.5 pistol , a 10.5 billet custom PDW with a 5.5" pinned extension, a 16" Oly Car with a float tube and their SUM barrel which has been a good beater for 24 years, an SP-1 with car and 20" uppers since the 70s, an HBAR DMR Colt, and a Bushmaster Carbon 15 that works and is very light. Now my AR itch is scratched! [Razz]
should kinda turn out like this but with different scope and stock ect.

Oh I loaned a neighbor fireman a BCM bolt group and tac latch last spring when none were available, I just went to his house and showed him a good one available from CMMG:

and had him order one and I told him to return mine, which of course say BCM on them :D so that is "free" on the build and is along with a Magpull grip in Earth is the final parts needed on the Final Build !
